  2. Why can’t I speak to anyone at 3 of your stores plus your national centre in Auckland who say I need to call a store? Well not quite true, someone answers the phone and tries to transfer me through to the right dept but nobody picks up the phone, it just keeps on bouncing back to the original person who is unable to help. Thought I was on track to getting somewhere when I was advised my enquiry was a special order enquiry. But alas special orders people also don’t want to answer the phone. 23 mins of toll calls to get nowhere.

  3. I have been trying to send a gift card to my son in Gisborne for about 4 weeks now but it does not go through. When I put the order in a notice comes up saying that you are experiencing technical difficulties and it is not our computer. When I go on my credit card on- line banking site the transaction has begun to go through saying pending but after a couple of days it disappears.and no transaction has taken place. How do I make this happen.
Can you please help. Regards Steve Foster

  4. After locating fence panels on internet from local Christchurch store,we travelled into town to find there was none in stock.W then went across to Riccarton store and purchased 3 panels. We then decided we wanted 2 more which we rang and asked Riccarton store to put aside for us.They said AGAIN THERE WERE NONE IN STOCK.After asking if they could check the aisle where the panels were located they said yes the panels were there. What is wrong with your stock levels in the computer system. It is frustrating for customers to be told this. Also we travelled from Rangiora into town especially. Also trying to ring the stores is impossible as it takes so long for anyone to answer calls, saving us an wasted trip.
